Es un piso muy chulo y reformado, con muebles de actualidad, en un ambiente relajado y tranquilo.
A partir del 1 de diciembre
Habitación individual, cama de 90*190cm., mesita de noche, 2 armarios amplios, mueble auxiliar, gran escritorio con ala, silla ergonómica, estanterías, Televisión. Climatizador: Frío/calor, ventilador y convector (calefacción) por si no se quiere el aparato de climatización.
Mucha luz natural, ventana al exterior de 1'80 x 1'50 m. Ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Buen Internet-wifi en toda la casa.
Se entrega para tu uso durante toda tu estancia:
*02 juegos de Sábanas de verano y 02 de invierno (fundas para edredón nórdico)
*02 juegos de Toallas
*01 Edredón nórdico para invierno, Colcha para primavera y otoño y si necesitas algo más, sólo tienes que pedirlo.
Ubicación en Alboraya- Palmaret (Valencia) a unos 200 metros de Benimaclet por el norte.
A tres minutos de las paradas de metro y autobús (Excelente comunicación con metro líneas 3 y 9 y Bús línea 70)
A menos de 8 minutos del centro de Valencia en metro.
Directo al / del aeropuerto sin salir de la terminal.
A menos de 5 minutos de la U.V., Universidades de Blasco Ibáñez (sólo tres paradas de metro) y de la UPV con metro, dos paradas y transbordo por tranvía, con el mismo billete/ticket. Bono-metro mensual muy económico.
Por el salón de 38 m2 entra mucha luz desde donde puedes salir al agradable balcón.
Avenida con todo tipo de tiendas y supermercados, farmacia, cafeterías, etc.
Es una buena zona social y muy segura también.
Playa a 3 Km
Nos gusta el orden y limpieza, tranquilidad, higiene...si buscas lo mismo te gustará vivir aquí.
Tenemos 2 gatitos muy tranquilos, cariñosos y dormilones ;) todos los días se pone el robot Conga para que no hayan pelos gatunos.
La limpieza de la casa es por mi cuenta, sólo te has de ocupar de tu habitación.

It is a very cool and renovated apartment, with modern furniture, in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
Since the 1st of december
Complete vaccination schedule is essential.
Single room, 90*190cm bed. with another trundle bed below, bedside table, 2 large closets, side cabinet, large desk, ergonomic chair, shelves, TV. Air conditioning: Cold / heat, fan and convector (heating) in case you do not want the air conditioning device.
Lots of natural light, window to the outside of 1.80 x 1.50 m. Very nice and quiet environment. Good Internet-wifi throughout the house.
It is delivered for your use throughout your stay:
*02 sets of summer sheets and 02 winter sheets (nordic duvet covers)
*02 sets of towels
*01 Nordic quilt for winter, quilt for spring and autumn and if you need something else, you just have to ask.
Location in Alboraya-Palmaret (Valencia) about 200 meters from Benimaclet to the north.

We have very calm, affectionate and sleepy kittens ;) every day the Conga robot for the home, is put on so that there are no hairs or anything.
The cleaning of the house is on my own, you only have to take care of your room.
