My name is Maria, a 28-year-old American student who will be moving to Madrid in September to start an MBA at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). I am looking for a one-year lease and will be living with another master's student.
We are responsible, respectful, and financially stable tenants who will take great care of the property. Alongside my studies, I plan to work part-time, and I can provide proof of enrollment and any additional documentation required.
I chose Madrid because I want to fully experience Spanish culture, the people, food, music, and everything the city has to offer while completing my MBA. We are looking for a place to call home during this exciting year.
