Right in front of the building there is a supermarket and another 50 meters away as well as a market.
The Illescas is the most commercial street of the area, with a variety of stores. On the way to the tube you can find different bank chains such as BBVA, Santander and Bankia.
Lots of areas to do sports and leisure places, with lots of parks, a running track, a lake to practise rowing and a public swimming pool.
Plus, there is a zoo and an attraction park!
