ello! My name is Rafael, and I am renting out a single room in a centrally located apartment in a pleasant and lively area of Barcelona.

The apartment has four bedrooms and is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.

The location is excellent, in "Eixample", near the intersection of "Carrer de París and Enric Granados". There are two metro lines nearby at "Diagonal station: L5 (Blue Line) and L3 (Green Line)", as well as many bus stops.

The apartment is within easy reach of the city centre, universities, libraries, hospitals, cafés, restaurants, bars and many other services, for arrive to the beach you only have to take V15 line bus and you will arrive ther e in 20 minutes.

The flat is well equipped and comfortable throughout the year. We have very fast internet, air conditioning, heating for the winter, a gym area, and a lovely balcony that is perfect for relaxing.

We also have a small bar area at home, so if one day you feel like preparing yourself a mojito or another drink with a friend, you can enjoy it on the balcony and make the most of the Barcelona weather.

The room is small, but it is **extremely functional and thoughtfully designed** — almost like having a little studio of your own inside the apartment.

It has an "electrically height-adjustable desk", which is perfect for studying, working or using your laptop comfortably. There are also "several stylish lamps with different lighting options", so you can create different atmospheres depending on your mood or what you are doing — whether you need bright light to study, softer lighting to relax, or a more welcoming atmosphere when you have a visitor.

The room can even work as a "mini living room". It has a "comfortable sofa where you can lie down and read", relax, watch TV or simply disconnect for a while.

For studying and organisation, there are also "two whiteboards", ideal for notes, planning, studying or writing reminders, as well as a "drawer unit for storing stationery, documents and other personal items".

And one of the highlights of the room is the "huge 65-inch TV", which makes it great for watching films, series, YouTube or simply relaxing after a long day.

So although the room is compact, it has been designed to make very good use of the space and to feel like a "small private living area where you can study, work, relax and enjoy your free time".

The apartment is mainly intended for calm, respectful and easy-going people. It is not a party flat. I would like to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere at home, where everyone can have their own independence and privacy, while also being open to sharing conversations, experiences, meals or occasional activities together.

It would be especially nice to live with someone who is positive, motivated, curious about other cultures and perhaps interested in improving their Spanish.

The rent is €560 per month.

Additional monthly costs are:

€36 for cleaning (monthly and mandatory)

€40 for utilities and other household expenses (monthly and mandatory also)

€2/month for shared household supplies (toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid, sponges, hand soap, cleaning products, etc. not all teh moths, maybe every 2 or 3 months).

Total monthly cost: €638 eur/month

The room is for one person only. Couples cannot live in the room, although visits from a partner or family are of course welcome.

*No pets.
