The flat is 60 metres square is in very good condition and fully equipped with all appliances, is located at 1 minute walk from the MACBA and a few minutes walk from Sant Antoni tube station L2, Plaza Universidad metro station L2 and L1 and plaza Cataluña metro station L1 and L3
The flat has 2 bedrooms so it will only be shared with me
The fee includes rent, all bills, WIFI, house cleaning (cleaning lady comes once a week) and all maintenance costs
