Looking to share my high-floor flat (close to Pl. Universitat) with a quiet, calm, and considerate guy (35+) who also likes to keep things clean and organized. Non-smoking and good communication are important.
You’ll be sharing only with one person - me, and I'm pretty easy to share with :)
About the flat
Bright apartment with a spacious terrace, shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom.
The room is furnished with a storage bed, drawers, fresh linens, a mirror, coat hanger, and lamp. There’s also room for a small desk or shelves. A larger wardrobe is available in the hallway to maximize space (or can be moved inside the room if preferred). The bed is 105cm wide, so bigger than a regular single bed.

About the vibe
I work from home and like quiet mornings, so it’s ideal if you work outside the flat for part of the day. The rest of the time, you will often have the place to yourself, as I’m in and out quite a lot.
I value open, conscious communication, respect for shared space, and a calm atmosphere.
No parties. It’s a nice, good-vibe relaxed home where both of us can recharge.
