I am looking FROM 30/6/2025 for 2 quiet roommates (girls) to share a flat with me (girl 25 years old doing a Master). I have 2 quiet and sunny rooms available (1 with outside balcony) in a new flat with 3 rooms (no smoking/no parties! ) in “Sant Antoni” neighbourhood (Eixample Izquierda). IDEAL FOR A MASTER-study!
The rooms are furnished with: 2 door wardrobe, desk, bed + duvet, nice tall floor lamp, etc. ).
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. The flat is located in the nice neighbourhood of Sant Antoni. metro: Sant Antoni (L2) and metro: Parallel (L3) are very close (150 meters) and to walk to the historical centre (Ravall) is only 1 minute!
The price is for:
* 1 single room + 1 exterior balcony = 600 euros without gastos.
* 1 single room + 1 exterior window = 500 euro without gastos.
Preferably a 2 months or 7 months-stay.
