This second floor flat is sunny and bright with lots of fresh air and large windows. Plenty of closet space in every room. Entire flat has been remodeled. There is a good sized private storage area. The building is located in a very quiet area of the Auditorio district with but station literally at the dor and maybe a seven minute walk to the subway. Nearby you will find plenty of great restaurants, bars along with sporting, music and cultural events, all within a short ten minute walk.
